Here you will find our most up to date research regarding Morgan Gold, LLC. company and whether this is a legit precious metals dealer along with complaints and reviews.

As the worry widens in the financial community worldwide, ordinary folks are looking to invest in gold to have something tangible in case the economy decides to take another dive. There are many gold dealers and companies nowadays that offer to help ease this worry by offering gold as an alternative investment and gold-backed IRAs to roll over retirement funds. It is imperative to find a company that is as solid as gold itself. Is Morgan gold one of them?

Morgan Gold Complaints

Morgan Gold is a company whose services include financial planning related to gold purchases. Morgan Gold can be noticed through their advertisements and may lead others to wonder if they are legitimate. There is no doubt that Morgan Gold sells genuine coins. In fact, they guaranteed that they are 100% backed by the U.S. government and they do contain the specified amount of precious metal.

Another good thing we noticed is that they do respond to complaints most of the time and try to resolve the issue directly with their clients. This shows they care about their reputation and put forth the effort to make things right. There are also five positive reviews on TrustLink dating all the way back to 2011. But there isn’t anything more recent that we could post at this time.

Morgan Gold Ratings

As of today when trying to access their website it was working. Most people getting ready to spend a good deal of money with a financial company would want to at least browse their site and read positive reviews around the web.

That is when the next issue presented itself. We were hard-pressed to find positive reviews online about Morgan Gold’s services; mostly only negative ones. In fact, most of the information available online about them dates back from 2012. It is almost like there is an information void about their company. There is still 1 negative review left on the BBB’s website (link below).

Those who tend to be concerned with a company’s service track record in categories such as order fulfillment, billing, shipment issues, fees, etc. can have a look at some of the issues that have been raised over at the Better Business Bureau (BBB). They currently have an ‘NR’ no-rating and are not an accredited business.

They are not a member of the Business Consumer Alliance (BCA) and they received a ‘BBB’ rating with 1 complaint in the last 3 years.

From what we can gather, Morgan Gold is a relatively small and new company, started in 2010. Any other info out there currently is pretty much negative. There are numerous complaints, although some resolved at this time it is difficult to recommend them. Please do your own homework and due diligence before dealing with similar companies. We will be performing yearly updates so check back for any changes to this review.

  1. Morgan Gold is out of business and took me for tens of thousands of dollars. They did sell me coins. But, they sold me coins for double the cost with an underhanded pricing scheme, by the time I received my first statement from the holding company, my investment was cut in half. When I questioned Morgan Gold, they assured me that the value of the listed coins was well under the actual sell value. I tried to liquidate, tried sell the coins, and finally had the holding send me the remaining coins. The listed value was correct. Morgan Gold lied on multiple occasions to me about the value of the coins and their fees. I wish someone could tell me how to
